She helped with all stages , from the excellent write up on the the house to walking me through what work needed to be done to preparing the house for showings and suggestions on the best ways to stage the house and she even found contractors to do work when I could not. I have thee cats and Eileen worked closely with me so showings happened flawlessly. I would highly recommend Eileen for either selling your house or buying your next house. This house had been in our family for 73 years! It's an old house, we were selling it as is. It took some time to sell but Eileen worked very hard and she finally got us a buyer. Eileen never gave up and continuously came up with ideas on how we could make the house more marketable instead of always lowering the price of the home. Eileen put a lot of time and effort into selling the home and it sold. I am selling my own home in a couple years and I plan to ask Eileen to be my realtor. I would highly recommend Eileen to anyone that I know, who may be thinking of selling. She did an excellent job for us. After we closed on the house, Eileen had the nicest painting made for my mom, of the house. She knew how much the house meant to us. We will treasure this picture for years to come.
